To do this we provide a specialist recruitment service to the façade market sectors, which includes job specification, interviewing, and if required, psychometrics which we provide through a number of consultants who are chartered psychologists and who are accredited in this field.

With over twenty five years experience in the façade market, we have a considerable knowledge of the industry and an excellent understanding of our clients’ employment needs.

 

Our success is built upon providing a professional service to both the candidates and our clients and we are able to resource professionally trained and experienced personnel for a wide variety of key positions. We achieve this either through our extensive network of talent or alternatively by seeking candidates that exactly match your individual job criteria.

 

Client confidentiality is always assured when recruiting for key positions, and rather than basing our fee on a percentage of candidate remuneration, we offer clients a fixed and inclusive arrangement fee, which enables them to budget more accurately. This fee is calculated in advance and is agreed with our terms and conditions, following an initial briefing.
